Mr. Pena
Environmental science and history teacher, Seattle
- 🇺🇸 Seattle, Washington, United States
- Central Academy
- Since 1984
- English
For 42 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Central Academy. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,390 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the last day before the summer holidays.

What gifts mean to Mr. Pena: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me environmental science in 2023 at Central Academy. I still remember the end-of-term party.

you taught me environmental science in 1996 at Central Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard Truly.
