For 24 years I have been the early years teacher at Belo Horizonte Public School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Mr. Peixoto
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Peixoto: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
