Mr. Parvez
Retired economics teacher from Our Lady of Peace Secondary School
- 🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
- 1982 to 2019
- English, Bengali, French
I taught economics at Our Lady of Peace Secondary School in Sheffield from 1982 to 2019. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 1,960 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Parvez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
