For 22 years I was the home economics teacher at St. Joseph's Grammar School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 970 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

You taught me home economics in 2005 at St. Joseph's Grammar School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
