I taught physical education at Rosewood Technical College in Brisbane from 1990 to 2006. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I never once raised my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the last day before the summer holidays.
