Mr. Papanikolaou
Environmental science and English literature teacher, Piraeus
- 🇬🇷 Piraeus, Attica, Greece
- Piraeus Public School
- 2004 to 2013
- English, Greek
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Mr. Papanikolaou
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me environmental science in 2025 at Piraeus Public School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand

You taught me environmental science in 2014 at Piraeus Public School. I still remember that terrible school play.
