I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Paiva
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Paiva: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me special education in 2019 at Valley View Academy. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly Truly.
