Mr. Padayachee
Retired drama teacher from Orchid Technical College
- 🇿🇦 Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa
- Orchid Technical College
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Afrikaans
I taught drama at Orchid Technical College in Sandton from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mr. Padayachee: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
