I taught agriculture at Kano Academy in Kano from 2010 to 2021. Most days I taught Year 10, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.

What gifts mean to Mr. Oyelaran: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Year 10 class in 2012. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Kisumu.
