I teach drama at Maple Ridge Secondary School in Sacramento since 2003. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
