For 41 years I have been the home economics teacher at Fresno Public School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,150 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Owens
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Owens: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
