Mr. Ota

Retired mathematics teacher from Liberty Primary School

  • 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
  • Liberty Primary School
  • 2006 to 2020
  • Japanese, Spanish
For 14 years I was the mathematics teacher at Liberty Primary School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 840 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Mr. Ota

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
