Lakeview High School was my second home. I taught biology there from 1986 to 1996, mostly Year 9.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Mr. Ortiz
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ortiz: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
