Mr. Ortega
Retired special education teacher from Brookfield Primary School
- 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
- Brookfield Primary School
- 2014 to 2024
- English, Spanish
I taught special education at Brookfield Primary School in Newport from 2014 to 2024. Most days I taught first-year students, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Ortega
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ortega: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
