For 17 years I was the home economics teacher at Iztapalapa Grammar School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 730 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Orozco
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
