Mr. Onyeama
Chemistry and history teacher, Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Central High School
- Since 2010
- English, Hausa
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Onyeama
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Onyeama: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me chemistry in 2014 at Central High School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
