I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, my door was open at lunch.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
