I teach art and chemistry at Oakland Secondary School, Oakland. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
More about Mr. Olson
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Olson: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Year 7 class in 2000. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Savannah.
