Mr. Oliveira
32 years teaching history in Olinda
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Olinda High School
- 2005 to 2025
- Portuguese
For 20 years I was the history teacher at Olinda High School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Oliveira
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Oliveira: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
