I teach music and statistics at Bayview Boys' School, Kano. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Okoro
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Okoro: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
