Mr. Okoro

Teacher at Gateway Academy, loves religious studies

  • 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
  • Gateway Academy
  • 1996 to 2007
  • English
For eleven years I was the religious studies teacher at Gateway Academy. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Mr. Okoro

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me religious studies in 2001 at Gateway Academy. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly

You taught me religious studies in 2016 at Gateway Academy. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Greetings from Southampton.
