Mr. Okonkwo
31 years teaching design and technology in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Atlas Academy
- 1986 to 2019
- English, Hausa, French
I taught design and technology at Atlas Academy in Ikeja from 1986 to 2019. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Okonkwo
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
