Mr. Okonkwo
31 years teaching art in Wudil
- 🇳🇬 Wudil, Kano, Nigeria
- Highland Technical College
- 1980 to 2007
- English, Yoruba
Highland Technical College was my second home. I taught art there from 1980 to 2007, mostly Grade 11.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Okonkwo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Okonkwo: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
