Mr. Okello
Home economics teacher at Nairobi Girls' School, 1996 to 2025
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- 1996 to 2025
- English, Swahili
I taught home economics and physics at Nairobi Girls' School, Nairobi. My door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 1,540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Okello
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Okello: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
