Mr. Okafor
Economics and French teacher, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Grammar School
- 2000 to 2020
- English, Igbo
Lagos Grammar School was my second home. I taught economics there from 2000 to 2020, mostly teenagers.
Over the years I had 840 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Okafor
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Okafor: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
