I taught geography at Nnewi Primary School in Nnewi from 1996 to 2016. Most days I taught Year 10, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 520 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
