Mr. Ochieng
29 years teaching home economics in Mombasa
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Highland Middle School
- 1984 to 1994
- English, Swahili, Spanish
For ten years I was the home economics teacher at Highland Middle School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Mr. Ochieng
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
