Mr. O'Carroll
Retired economics teacher from Bamboo Public School
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland
- Bamboo Public School
- 2009 to 2018
- English
I taught economics at Bamboo Public School in Kilkenny from 2009 to 2018. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 230 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. O'Carroll
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. O'Carroll: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
