Mr. Nwankwo
Environmental science teacher at Zaria Girls' School, 1997 to 2022
- 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Zaria Girls' School
- 1997 to 2022
- English, Igbo
I taught environmental science at Zaria Girls' School in Zaria from 1997 to 2022. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 850 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Nwankwo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Nwankwo: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me environmental science in 2003 at Zaria Girls' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on Greetings from Saint-Étienne.
