Mr. Nunes
History and chemistry teacher, Santos
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Good Shepherd Technical College
- 1984 to 2005
- Portuguese
For 21 years I was the history teacher at Good Shepherd Technical College. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Nunes
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Nunes: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
