For ten years I was the early years teacher at Fairview High School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
