Mr. Ngowi
22 years teaching English literature in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Since 1986
- English, Swahili
I teach English literature at Rosewood Girls' School in Nairobi since 1986. Most days I teach Year 7, and I never turn anyone away.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Ngowi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
