Mr. Newman
Teacher at Austin Primary School, loves physical education
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Austin Primary School
- 2015 to 2024
- English
For nine years I was the physical education teacher at Austin Primary School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Newman
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Newman: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me physical education in 2016 at Austin Primary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
