Mr. Nel
Retired mathematics teacher from Johannesburg Primary School
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg Primary School
- 1999 to 2017
- English, Afrikaans
I taught mathematics and music at Johannesburg Primary School, Johannesburg. My door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Nel
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 2001. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Entebbe.
