Mr. Nayak
Taught mathematics at Mangaluru Academy
- 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
- Mangaluru Academy
- 1999 to 2024
- English, Tamil
For 25 years I was the mathematics teacher at Mangaluru Academy. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Mr. Nayak
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Nayak: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
