I taught environmental science at Heliopolis Technical College in Heliopolis from 1978 to 1987. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 330 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
