I taught English literature at Bakersfield High School in Bakersfield from 2004 to 2014. Most days I taught Year 9, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.

You taught me English literature in 2010 at Bakersfield High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on Truly.
