Mr. Nambiar
Mathematics and home economics teacher, Bengaluru
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Bengaluru High School
- 1996 to 2009
- English
For 13 years I was the mathematics teacher at Bengaluru High School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Nambiar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Nambiar: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
