Mr. Nakamura

18 years teaching design and technology in Tokyo

  • 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
  • Tokyo High School
  • Since 1987
  • Japanese
For 39 years I have been the design and technology teacher at Tokyo High School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it. I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Nakamura: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me design and technology in 1991 at Tokyo High School. I still remember the end-of-term party!
