Mr. Mwesigwa
Teacher at Elmwood Middle School, loves agriculture
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Since 2006
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Mwesigwa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mwesigwa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
