Mr. Mutua
12 years teaching environmental science in Kasarani
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Harbor Grammar School
- 1987 to 2019
- English, Swahili
For 32 years I was the environmental science teacher at Harbor Grammar School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Mutua
If you were in my the youngest children class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mutua: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me environmental science in 2002 at Harbor Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard! Greetings from Seoul.
