I taught economics at Addis Ababa Academy in Addis Ababa from 1985 to 2004. Most days I taught teenagers, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
