Mr. Mrema
Spanish and drama teacher, Arusha
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Queensway Boys' School
- Since 2012
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Mrema
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mrema: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
