Mr. Morita

35 years teaching environmental science in Shinjuku

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • 1979 to 2004
  • Japanese
For 25 years I was the environmental science teacher at Shinjuku Boys' School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Mr. Morita

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
