Mr. Moraes
History and religious studies teacher, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Phoenix High School
- Since 2010
- Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Mr. Moraes
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Moraes: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
