Mr. Moraes

Physics and French teacher, Recife

  • 🇧🇷 Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil
  • Recife Middle School
  • Since 2003
  • Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mr. Moraes

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Moraes: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
