I taught home economics and economics at Oakwood Boys' School, Rome. I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 2,070 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Monti
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Monti: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
