I taught religious studies at Iztapalapa Public School in Iztapalapa from 1990 to 2003. Most days I taught primary school children, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Mr. Montes: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
