Mr. Mollel

- English, Swahili
I taught chemistry at Kasarani High School in Kasarani from 1990 to 2009. Most days I taught first-year students, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Mollel
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
