Mr. Miura

38 years teaching mathematics in Shinjuku

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Liberty Boys' School
  • 1990 to 2017
  • Japanese
Liberty Boys' School was my second home. I taught mathematics there from 1990 to 2017, mostly first-year students. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Mr. Miura: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me mathematics in 2024 at Liberty Boys' School. I still remember the long bus ride home. Greetings from Moscow.

You taught me mathematics in 1995 at Liberty Boys' School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
